Directions:

Take 3-4 capsules 3 times per day with 8 ounces of water. Begin treatment at the onset of viral or bacterial infection. Treatment course is 7 days or until symptoms resolve. Do Not exceed 12 capsules in a 24-hour period.

Helpful Tips:

* Increasing fluid to 8 or more glasses of water per day is essential
* Plenty of rest is essential to revovery.
* Avoid smoking and alcohol.
